Describe your favorite newspaper or magazine.

You should say:

what it is

where you buy it

how often you read it

and explain why you like it.

 

范文：

 

During my leisure time, I always read an English magazine which is called Reader's Digest. I became very fond of it when I started my university life about three years ago. There is a variety of sections in this magazine, such as sports, science, life, forum, but my favorite section is called "English Garden" which is mainly about how to improve English. Every time l read it I would turn to that section first. While reading it, I sometimes take notes, because l think this section not only is a kind of entertainment to me, but provides some useful knowledge for me as well. Besides, whenever I have any problem with my English, from the meaning of a certain phrase to how to write a business letter, I can easily keep in touch with the editor of this section by sending emails, and then obtain some help.

 

在我闲暇时,我总会读一本叫《读者文摘》的英语杂志。当我三年前开始我的大学生生活时,我就喜欢这本杂志了。在这本杂志里有各种各样的部分,像体育、科学、生活、讨论区。但我最喜欢的一个部分叫做“英语园地”,那主要是关于如何提高英语的。每次我读它的时,都会先翻到那个部分。当我读它的时候,有时候我会记一下笔记。因为我觉得这个部分不仅是我娱乐的方式,还给我提供了有用的知识。此外,我在英语学习中遇到问题时,从某个词组的意思到怎么写一封商业信,我都能很容易地通过给编辑发邮件而得到帮助。
