1What sports do you play in school?

你在学校参加什么体育活动?

 

I prefer outdoor sports such as playing football and basketball. Everyday, together with my classmates, we play them on the ground after class. We even hold football and basketball matches annually.

我喜欢户外运动,像足球或篮球。每天和同学在一起,下了课就在操场上玩。我们甚至每年都举行篮球赛和足球赛。

 

2What sports do others play in school?

其他人在学校都做什么运动?

 

Boys enjoy those stimulative activities like basketball and rugby. While it seems to me that girls prefer to do more elegant sports as ballet and body-building exercises.

男孩们喜欢刺激的活动,像篮球或橄榄球。同时,对我而言,女孩子喜欢做一些比较优雅的运动,像芭蕾或者塑身运动。

 

3Do you see sports program?

你看体育节目吗?

 

It's my favorite. In particular, I have a habit of watching soccer matches of English Premier League on TV.

这是我最喜欢的。特别的是,我有在电视上看英格兰超级联赛的习惯。

 

4Do you think it is reasonable that sports stars earn a lot of money?

你认为运动员挣很多钱合理吗?

 

Many sportsmen have achieved great amount of wealth. As far as I am concerned, this phenomenon is not excessive or extreme because only those who have deeply devoted themselves and made great efforts to their career can get the acknowledgement and being supported with wealth.

许多运动员获得了大量的财富。在我看来,这种现象既不过分也不极端,因为只有那些在事业上全身心投入并做出很大努力的人,才能得到认可和财富上的支持。

 

5How to keep fit?

如何保持健康?

 

Taking more exercises is also important if we want to keep fit. Now, more and more people are participating all kinds of sports, which include playing yoga, aerobics, tennis and so on,because they have realized the benefits of exercise.

如果我们想保持健康,多锻炼身体也是很重要的。现在,越来越多的人投入到了各项体育运动中,包括瑜伽、有氧操、网球等,因为人们现在已经认识到锻炼身体的好处了。

 

6What kind of sport do you like? Why?

你喜欢哪种体育运动?为什么?

 

I like jogging, playing basketball, badminton, go swimming and so on. Actually most exercises are my favorite ones. They can work out the fat and strengthen the muscle through getting sweat. Eventually, I can keep fit.

我喜欢慢跑、打篮球、打羽毛球、游泳等。实际上,绝大多数的体育运动我都很喜欢,因为它们能让我消耗脂肪,使我肌肉发达,并最终使我保持身体健康。

 

7Do Chinese do lots of exercises?

中国人经常锻炼吗?

 

Yep, generally speaking, we Chinese do lots of exercises. Fitness, for the last several decades, had been being used as like buzzword. Going to gym to work out is frequently taken as one of the top New Year's resolutions, especially to those young people. But it really depends. It depends on age and sex. Can you imagine how come a ninety-year-old lady goes to gym to build up nice figure and can you imagine how come a three-year-old little kid goes to gym to get in shape?

是的,一般来说,我们中国人经常锻炼的。健康,在最近几十年中,已经被当做一个流行的词语在用了。尤其是对一些年轻人来说,去健身房锻炼已经普遍成为首要的新年决心之一了。但是,这也要看情况。这主要取决于年龄和性别。你怎么能想象一个90岁的老妇人去健身房塑造一个良好的形体,以及一个3岁小孩去健身房去塑形呢?

 

8How do you think of losing weight?

你是怎么看减肥的?

 

This has been being talked about like a buzzword among people, especially to those ladies who are dying to become more eye-catching, attention-grabbing. I think it is a good thing, but don't ever overdo it. It is like there is always a fine line, and don't ever cross it.As I suppose being on crash diet of only tap water would be the very last thing that everybody wants to do and it would totally ruin your health.

这在很多人中间已经成了一个时农词了,尤其是对那些如饥似渴地想变得吸人眼球的女士们来说。我认为这挺好的,但是不要做得太过火了。就像有一条适度的线,千万不要越过它。

因为我觉得只疯狂地喝水来减肥,是每个人都不愿意做的,这样也会毁了你的健康。

 

9Are there any good ways to lose weight?

有没有合适的减肥方式?

 

Mentioning how to lose weight, I think the first and most effective way that jumps into my mind is doing regular exercise. Another good way I can think of is being on diet, but definitely not crash diet. It would be really pathetic for someone to be on crash diet of only tap water just for losing weight! And eating weight-losing medicine would be a more miserable thing to do!

提到减肥,出现在我脑海中的首要减肥方式就是经常性地锻炼。另外一种就是节制饮食,但这显然不是完全地节食。一个只靠喝白开水来减肥的人真是够可怜的!吃减肥药,那更是一件痛苦的事情了!

 

10Do you like going to gym to get in shape?

你喜欢去健身房塑造形体吗?

 

Yep, I am crazy about it. You know, I can always get totally relaxed and refreshed every time when I go to gym to work out. And going to gym can make me have a body shape.And most important thing is going to gym regularly can make me healthy.

,我相当喜欢。当我每次去健身房锻炼的时候,我通常都变得十分放松和心情振奋。去健身房当然可以有助于我形成良好的体形。最重要的是定期去健身房可以使我变得健康。
