一、食物

 

1、What is the difference between the people's eating habit (standard of living) in modern time and that in the past?

人们现在的饮食习惯(生活水平)跟过去有什么不同吗?

 

Dramatically changes have been occurred in people's eating habit during the last ten years. If we look back 10 years ago, we learn the period is still at a quite lower economic level, most people can't afford the poultry and pork to cook and they just eat some cereal and vegetables.

人们的饮食习惯在过去的10年间发生了非常显著的变化。回首10年前,人们的生活水平还相当低,绝大多数人吃不上肉,只吃一些谷物和蔬菜。

 

2、Is it possible to change your eating habit?

你会改变你的饮食习惯吗?

 

It is possible, if my eating habit has worsened my health, and I will change it easily,through watching out the categories of food l eat and the nutrition content in the food.如果我的饮食习惯已经影响了我的健康,我会很容易地改变它的,主要通过调节所摄入的食物种类和其中的营养含量比例来改变。

 

3、What's your favorite food?

你最喜欢的食物是什么?

 

I like eating fruits, because fruits contain a great amount of vitamins, and it is said that eating fruits can do good to people's skin.

我喜欢吃水果,因为水果含有大量的维生素,听说吃水果对皮肤还有好处。

 

4、What food don't you like to eat?

你不喜欢吃什么?

 

I hate mutton. I can't stand the smell of it. I want to throw up when I smell it. / I think I'm going to faint when exposed to its smell.

我讨厌羊肉,我受不了它的味道,每当我闻到它时都想吐。/我想它的味道在我面前散发时我会晕过去。

 

5、Do you like eating out?

你喜欢下馆子吃饭吗?

 

No, I don't like eating out, for it's not hygienic and it's quite expensive for me.

不,我不喜欢去饭馆吃饭,因为不卫生而且对我来讲很贵。

 

6、What kind of restaurant is your favorite?

你最喜欢什么样的餐厅?

 

I like restaurants with striking characteristics such as those serving special food.

我喜欢极富特色的餐厅,例如那些可以吃到特别食物的。

7、Can you say something about the good points and bad points of eating in a restaurant?

你能说说在饭店吃饭的好处和坏处吗?

 

Well, concerning eating in a restaurant, we have to think about the hygienic condition. At the same time, the price should be considered. On the other side, it is more likely to have some delicious foods in a restaurant than at home.

好,就拿在饭店吃饭来说,我们不得不去考虑它的卫生条件,与此同时,价钱也应该在考虑范围之内。但另一方面,饭店里好吃的东西比家里的多。
