存在句型

该句型以there开头，其后是系动词，再接其他成分，主要表达事物的存在。

There is no such thing as an unbiased observation.

世界上不存在所谓的不偏不倚的观察。

There was a decline in the number of Japanese tourists heading to Australia in 1989.

1989年，前往澳大利亚的日本旅游人数有所下降。

There 之后除了使用系动词之外，也可以使用come, emerge, exist, lie, live, occur, stand, be

Likely to be, happen to be, seem to be, turn out to be, used to be 等表示状态或发生的动词。
